We have considered short- and long-term leases of our container buildings in our services.

Regarding great achievements in building automation and control in recent years, all of our products will be built based on the preparation of these systems infra structures in electrical, mechanical, energy management, and building operation.

All our products will be equipped with all required infrastructures in their electrical installations to easily be connected to arrays of solar panels or small-size wind turbines. Such a feature does not exist in any product available in Canada or the globe.

Considering the diverse climate in the country of Canada and dramatic temperature changes during the year, to efficiently manage the energy consumption of our products, we plan to install co-generation plants to supply our units with fuel, electricity, heat, and cool.

MEET OUR TEAM

Our Creative Team

Behnam received his B.Sc degree in civil engineering in 2002 and soon after graduation, he started working as a technical office engineer so he got familiar with building construction in several parts of the country of Iran and experienced building design based on the regional climate needs and different weathers.

He owns his building construction company in Iran and has extensive experience in operating a business and running a building construction company for more than 15 years.

He was involved in several units of building construction in Kish Island the most attractive tourist destination in the country of Iran and has successfully finished many residential projects as well.

His company in Iran is still active and considering available technologies and having access to global markets, he has decided to start up his business in Canada.
